- November 2008
Following
the success of our tour to the 'Gardens of the Vaucluse'
last year, we're planning on repeating it from Monday 18th -
Friday 22nd May 2009.
We'll visit selected private gardens, a vineyard garden (with
wine tasting), an olive mill, and some spectacular Roman
monuments. Time will be set aside for shopping in Uzes' chic
boutiques, and naturally for wining and dining.
Additionally we'll be touring 'Pays d'Armagnac & Foothills of
the Pyrenees'. The tour will include private gardens, wine &
Armagnac tasting, and a guided tour of mountain wild flowers,
and is planned for Monday 1st- Friday 5th June 2009.

The
Gascony Experience
Would you like to know more about South West France but donšt
know where to begin?
Are you tired of milling about in large groups?
Come
and stay with us - Neil & Pat Wright will be pleased to welcome
you to their home in Gascony and will organise tours for groups
of up to 4 people using their intimate knowledge of the region.
We're situated in the lovely Gascony countryside, surrounded by
fields. You can enjoy the ambience of our professionally
converted, comfortable farmhouse, and for dining, Pat's
reputation as a chef is unsurpassed. If you would like gentle
exercise, we have lovely walks and our swimming pool has one of
the best views in Gascony.
Having run
garden tours for 30 years and now living in France, we'll plan

About Adderley
Garden Tours
Founded in England over 15 years
ago, Adderley Garden Tours organise tours of gardens for those with
a knowledge and love of gardens within the UK and abroad. Such
is our reputation that we are welcomed into private gardens
not normally open to the casual viewer.
We also organise
lectures by well-known garden designers and writers, held locally and
on location.
Our main tours
take place during the Spring and early Summer when gardens are at
their best, but there are gardens known to us that are well worth a
visit outside those seasons. On visits we are guided by the owner, head
gardener or someone with an intimate knowledge of the garden.
Please
contact Neil & Pat on: 00 33 5 62 29 12 28 or email
neilandpat@adderleygardentours.co.uk to be put on our
mailing list or for further details.
